Housing Needs

This is the follow up to the recent housing surveys conducted for both Community Council areas.

Workshops area to be held in:

Dunbeath Community Centre on Tuesday 13th June from 2pm - 5pm and 6pm - 8pm

Lybster Community Centre on Wednesday 21st June from 2pm - 5pm and 6pm - 8pm

The workshop will cover topics including - repairs, grants, affordable housing, rented housing etc

Housing Survey Results

Di Alexander (HSCHT Manager), Ronnie Macrae (HSCHT Development Officer) and Alan Paul (Pentland Housing Association) attended the SECDG meeting on 7th February  in Dunbeath Community Centre.  Di presented the result of the housing survey where it was agreed that HSCHT, Pentland Housing Association and representatives from Highland Council arrange a meeting to agree a way forward towards the provision of affordable housing in our area.
